Candidate profile
Who we're looking for
You don't need to know everything. You need to know your craft.
We're looking for people who already have real hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and want to take it further.
- 3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies
- Experience with enterprise or hybrid environments
- A practical, problem-solving mindset
- Enough English to work with international customers and colleagues
- Curiosity to keep learning
You don't need to tick every technology on the list. We care more about what you can actually do than what your CV says.
